Given here, in St. Cosma, in the presence of the following witnesses: Mr. Johannes R… Presbyter, Master Johannes del Fan, the Notary, and I, Guillermus del Fan also St. Cosma, public notary of episcopal authority in the city and throughout the diocese of Rodez, who was present with the mentioned witnesses together with all the above things when they were negotiated and executed, and was instructed to write notes about them, which I have deposited in my files, and on the basis of which that authentic instrument … and in this form wrote and issued, and after carefully comparing the writing of another hand with mine determined that this document corresponds to my said notes, so I signed them myself with my usual signature as a

certification and testimony of all that is described above.

Guillermus, Bischof von Rodez – 28 Februar 1437. Im Namen des Herrn, Amen. Im Jahre seiner Fleischwerdung 1437, am 28. Februar, als unser in Christo hochwürdiger Vater und Herr, der Herr Guillermus aus Gottes Gnade der Bischof von Rodez war, soll es allen heute und in Zukunft bekannt sein, dass der weiland Johannes Regis aus St. Cosma dem Peter Boeni, … im besagten Ort ein … Grundstück innerhalb der Stadt St. Cosma verkauft hatte, das der Stadtmauer gegenüber liegt, und mit dem Gasthaus des besagten Petrus und mit dem Grundstück des besagten Johannes Regis …, da der besagte Petrus auf diesem Grundstück ein Gasthaus errichtet und gebaut hat, und … in der Vereinbarung und dem Vertrag zwischen ihnen, Johannes Regis und Petrus Boeni,

On obećava da će sve to učiniti u skladu sa voljom i uz dopuštenje Jona (John) Regisa, pa stoga spomenuti Peter Boeni i njegovi sledbenici ne mogu i ne smiju steći nikakvu dozvolu ili pravo na delovanje u vezi sa imovinom Jona (John) Regisa, a taj Petar i njegovi ne mogu i ne smeju pokretati nikakve postupke koji bi naštetili Jonu (John) Regisu ili njegovom vlastitom, i iznad svega toga rečeni Johanes (Johannes) Regis … sebe i njegovog… neka ovo javno delo napravim ja, javni beležnik koji ovo potpisuje.

Dano ovde, u Svetoj Kozmi, u prisustvu sledećih svedoka: gospodin Johannes R… prezviter, magistar Johanes (Johannes) del Fan, beležnik, i ja, (Guillermus) del Fan od Sv. Kozme, javni beležnik biskupske vlasti u gradu i okolini biskupije Rodez, koji je bio prisutan sa spomenutim svedocima zajedno sa svim gore navedenim stvarima kada su bili dogovoreni i ostvareni, te je dobio uputstva da piše beleške o njima, koje sam položio u svoje spise,  i na temelju kojeg je taj autentični instrument … i u ovom obliku napisao i izdao, i pisanje druge ruke i koja je pažljivo relativno odredila da ovaj dokument odgovara mojim spomenutim beleškama, pa sam ih sam potpisao svojim uobičajenim potpisom kao sertifikatom i svedočenjem svega što je gore opisano.

Spomenuti Petar i njegovi sledbenici nemogu i ne smeju stoga imati nikakva prava i  … u odnosu na zemlju Johanesa (Johannes) Regisa. [Potpisnik javnog beležnika]
