“The above extract is from the marriage register of the city of Ceneda. The excerpt was created by me, the above-mentioned pastor of the same city, and confirmed with my seal. Dated: Ceneda, on February 5, 1695.

With this present document, I make known under my well-known mark or seal, it being publicly and widely acknowledged that on the 22nd day of the month of March in the year 1719 of our Lord Jesus Christ’s saving birth, in the twelfth indiction, in the 19th year of the pontificate of Clement XI, our Holy Father and Lord in Christ, and by the Grace of God Pope, in my presence and … in the personal presence of the witnesses listed below, Mr. Angelus Antonini, the son of the late Venantius Romanus, as well as in the presence of Iohannes Baptista de Iustis, the son of the late Dominicus Romanus, both of whom are known to me, they acknowledged and voluntarily recognize, and each of them alone acknowledged and recognizes, that the above seal was placed by the most illustrious and honorable Lord Marcus Agazzi, former Bishop of Ceneda, for the above-mentioned legality, namely for the reason that they confirmed they have comprehensive knowledge of it, especially because this Mr. Angelus Antonini was already the general representative of the most illustrious and honorable Lord Bishop of Ceneda, and thus they not only swore, but also … over all the aforementioned matters … which were created and delivered by me, the undersigned public notary, as … the person requested to create and deliver these with my public seal.

Im Namen des Herrn. Amen. Mit der vorliegenden Urkunde gebe ich unter meinem bekannten Zeichen oder Siegel kund, es sei allerorten öffentlich und bekannt, dass am 22. Tag des Monats März im Jahr 1719 nach der heilbringenden Geburt unseres Herrn Jesu Christi, in der XII. Indiktion, im 19. Jahr des Pontifikats von Clemens XI, der in unserem Herrn Jesu Christ unser heiliger Vater und Herr und aus Gnade Gottes Papst ist, in meiner Anwesenheit und ….. in der persönlichen Anwesenheit der unten aufgeführten Zeugen Herrn Angelus Antonini, des Sohnes des verstorbenen Venantius Romanus, sowie in Anwesenheit von Iohannes Baptista de Iustis, des Sohnes des verstorbenen Dominicus Romanus, die mir beide bekannt sind, erkannten und erkennen freiwillig an, und auch jeder von ihnen allein erkannte und erkennt an, dass das obige Siegel vom allerdurchlauchtigsten und hochwürdigen Herrn Marcus Agazzi, ehemaligem Bischof von Ceneda^[1] in … obige… Gesetzlichkeit angebracht wurde, nämlich aus dem Grund, da sie bekräftigten, dass sie davon umfassende Kenntnis haben, allzumal weil dieser Herr Angelus Antonini schon der allgemeine Vertreter des allerdurchlauchtigsten und hochwürdigen Herrn Bischofs von Ceneda war, und so schworen sie nicht nur, sondern auch… über alle obigen Sachen …., die von mir, unterzeichnetem öffentlichen Notar als… Person, die darum gebeten wurde, diese mit meinem öffentlichen Siegel zu erstellen und zu übergeben, erstellt und übergeben wurde.
